Accounts positions

The Account positions section displays a list of all open positions across all accounts.

The following characteristics of open positions are available in this table:

NameDescription
Account IDIdentifier of the account in the platform.
Instrument IDTrading instrument identifier in the system.
InstrumentTicker of the instrument for which a position is open on the account.
AmountAmount of the instrument in the opened position.
Open dateDate of position opening for the instrument.
History realized P/LThe sum of the profits and losses on the trades included in the position.
History opened amountThe total position amount, expressed in the base asset of the instrument.
History opened quote amountThe position amount, expressed in the quoted asset of the instrument. Calculated as the sum of the products of the Amount x Price indicators in the position's trades.
Detailed P/LDetails of the profits/losses incurred on the position (e.g., profit/loss from closing the position, dividend payments, swap accrual).

Trades button in the Open trades column opens a sidepage containing the trades included in the position.

The following information is available in the trades table:

NameDescription
IDID of the trade included in the position.
VolumeVolume of the instrument in the trade, expressed in its underlying asset.
PriceThe price of the instrument at the time the trade was opened.
Transaction timeThe exact date and time the trade was entered into the system.
Trade dateThe date of the trade involving the instrument.
Value dateThe value date of the instrument in the trade, calculated based on its tenor.
Open interest priceThe price of the instrument in the trade which opens the position.
Open interest quote amountThe amount of the position, expressed in the quote asset of the instrument. Calculated as Amount x Price.

Replacing an instrument in positions

This feature allows to transfer all existing account positions from one instrument to another.

Clicking the Replace position instrument button in the table will open a sidepage with the following fields:

  • Old Instrument - the instrument for which there are open positions on the trading accounts;
  • New Instrument - the instrument to replace the instrument specified in the Old Instrument field;
  • Account - one or more trading accounts with positions to replace.

To make the replacement, click Replace position instrument in the sidepage.

Important! If Account is not selected when replacing an instrument, the replacement will occur on all existing accounts. {.is-warning}

Replacement Features

  • Transferring a position from one instrument to another is only possible if their base and quoted assets match;
  • When transferring a position, existing positions are closed and reopened with the new instrument;
  • Positions are reopened taking into account the unrealized P/L and accumulated swap. Swaps for the new open position are calculated based on the tenor of the new instrument;
  • Tariff settings are not taken into account during the transfer.

For convenient navigation through the table, filters are available. All filters are dynamic and can be customized by the user.

The gear button allows you to adjust the visibility of the filter fields and the order in which they are displayed.

The Filter allows you to filter the table by various filters.

Table columns can be customized and dragged to suit the user's needs. To do this, just hold down the cursor on the column and drag it to the desired location in the table.

Most of the columns in the table can be ordered in ascending or descending order.

The accountspositions6.png button is used to select the visibility of the table fields.

accountspositions7.png allows you to return all columns to their default values. For your convenience, you can duplicate the table with the saved filters by clicking theDuplicate button.

Table data can be exported to Excel by clicking the Save as XLSX button
