Events

This section is designed to configure the notifications that the platform sends on events: which channels they are sent through and to which roles and access sets, what their text looks like, and which connectors deliver them. Event and notification logs are also available here.

Logs of all events occurring in the platform are available in the Event log of the History section, and logs of events for a specific account are available in the Account event log. Messages sent through notification channels are available in the Channel messages tab of the History section and in the account tab of the same name.

The section consists of four tabs:

• Notification rules - the channels (SMS, Push, Email, Telegram) through which notifications of each group are sent to member roles and access sets. For more information, see the Notification rules article.
• Templates - notification texts for each channel and language: system templates and templates changed by the broker. For more information, see the Templates article.
• Channels - the connectors the broker uses to send notifications, and their usage restrictions by country. For more information, see the Channels article.
• Logs - the event log, channel messages and notifications, the same as in the History section. For more information, see the Logs article.
