Login page
Login page
The page is used to log in to the trading terminal, register a new user, reset a password, and access the demo environment.
The following elements are available on the page:
| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Login | Tab for logging in as an existing user. |
| Sign up | Tab for registering a new user. The tab is available if self-registration for the corresponding profile type is enabled in the broker settings. |
| Email / phone | Email address or phone number used to log in. The credentials specified on the user page are used for authentication. |
| Password | User password. Password requirements are defined in the broker Login settings. |
| Use phone / Use email | Allows the user to switch between authentication by email and phone number. Use phone is available if phone authentication is enabled in the broker settings; Use email is available if email authentication is enabled. |
| Forgot password | Opens the password reset page. |
| Login | Logs the user in to the trading terminal using the specified credentials. |
| Try demo | Opens the demo environment login page. The button is available only if a demo broker has been created for the broker: the Demo environment option is enabled and the initial demo account balance is specified. |
| Use mobile app | Opens the available mobile applications. Their display order can be changed using the Show mobile Pro first setting in the broker general settings. |
Password reset
Click Forgot password to reset the password.
Specify the user's email address or phone number. Use Use phone or Use email to switch between the available password recovery methods.
Click Send verification code. A verification code will be sent to the specified email address or phone number.
After entering the verification code, a form for creating a new password opens.
Click I remembered password to return to the login page.
Demo environment login
If a demo broker has been created for the broker, the Try demo button is displayed on the login page.
Click Try demo to open the demo environment login page:
The user can log in using an email address or phone number. The corresponding authentication method must be enabled in the broker settings.
Specify the user credentials and click Send verification code.
