Deep links
Deep links
A deep link is a link that opens the Unity investments application directly on the required screen: an instrument ticket, a trading idea, the deposit screen, a specific news article, etc. Such a link can be placed outside the application - in a newsletter, a messenger or on the broker's website:
Please note! For deep links to open the application, the Deep link schema must be specified in the Applications broker settings. To add it, please contact the Unity team.
To work with the tab, the user's role must include the Manage content permission (see the Roles article for details).
The table contains the following fields:

| ID | Link identifier in the platform. Clicking the ID opens the link editing sidepage. |
| Name | Link name for internal use (not shown to the client). |
| Target page | The application screen that opens via the link. |
| Account | The client account the application switches to when the link is opened. |
| Target content | Screen parameter: ID of an instrument, trading idea, news article, public account, etc. |
| Status | Active - the link opens the target screen. Inactive - the link opens the application without navigating to the target screen. |
| Link | Link address in the format broker address/slug?broker=broker ID (e.g., https://broker9999.unityfinance.net/favourites?broker=12). The button to the right of the address copies it to the clipboard. |
The table can be saved by clicking the Save as XLSX button.
Creating a deep link
To create a link, click the Create deep link button. This opens the New link sidepage:

| Status | Link activity switch. An inactive link opens the application without navigating to the target screen. The switch is on when a link is created. |
| Name | Link name for internal use. |
| Client account | The account the application switches to when the link is opened (optional). |
| Slug | The part of the address after the broker address, unique within the broker. It can be entered manually or generated from the Name with the button to the right of the field: Latin letters and digits are kept, other characters are replaced with a hyphen. The resulting link address is shown below the field. |
| Target page | The target application screen that opens when the link is followed. |
| Target content | Target screen parameter. The set of fields depends on the selected screen (see below). |
After clicking the Save button, the link appears in the table. If the broker already has a link with the same Slug, the system will not allow saving it.
Please note! The Slug cannot be changed after the link is created.

Some screens require a parameter - without it, the link will not be saved:

Editing and deleting a link
Clicking the link ID or the ✎ button in its row opens the Edit link sidepage. It is arranged the same way as the creation sidepage: all parameters except Slug can be changed.
The Delete button deletes the link, after which it stops working. To disable a link temporarily, it is enough to turn off the Status.
Link behavior specifics
The link leads to the broker address and opens the Unity investments application. If the client is not logged in, the target screen opens right after login.
- If the link specifies a
Client accountand it belongs to the client, the application switches to this account. If the link points to an account of another profile, the client's last selected account is opened. - An inactive link opens the application without navigating to the target screen.
- If the client needs to complete KYC, the KYC window takes priority: there will be no navigation to the target screen.
