Clicking on the Accept button puts the request into work, freezes the funds in the client's account and the possibility of canceling it.

To reject a request, it is necessary to click the Decline button. A window will be opened for entering a comment (reason) and rejecting the request. The comment specified at rejection will be displayed to the client in the corresponding section of the trading terminal.

Clicking the Execute button will open the sidepage, where it is required to specify the account, which will be used for payment as correspondent account, date of payment and comment (optional). After filling in the data and confirmation of execution, the corresponding transaction will be executed in the system.

Please note! Transaction details in the system can be seen in the History ➝ Transactions section and in the Transactions tab of client and correspondent accounts.

Depending on the settings set by the broker, the client can independently add his/her own payment methods, from which/to which funds will be deposited/withdrawn. Each payment method must be verified by the broker in the Pending payment methods section to make the payment method available to the client to specify it in the request only after acceptance.

When a client creates a withdrawal request for the amount of funds specified in the request, a transaction is automatically created to transfer the amount to the Blocked status. This amount can no longer be used for trading operations. A client cannot create a withdrawal request for an amount greater than the amount specified in the Max amount field of the Finances section (in the administrative panel this is the Margin available value). When calculating this indicator, the system takes into consideration the current balance of the account minus future payments (future receipts are not included in the calculation) and the Margin usage indicator.

This section contains the list of transaction requests that require actions from the system administrator, i.e. in the status New or Accepted. By clicking on the payment method name in the payment method field, a sidepage with detailed information opens.

NameDescription
Newall requests placed by users
Acceptedindicator status, does not require parameters to be set. System administrator can set when the request has been accepted into work. The user will be notified when his request has been taken into work.
Doneis set for requests satisfied by the system administrator, in fact for requests to deposit funds it means that the broker has received funds from the client and credited them to the trading account. For withdrawal requests it means that the broker has actually paid funds to the client and debited them from the trading account. When executing a request, a transaction for debiting (Cash out) of blocked funds or crediting (Cash in) of funds is automatically created. It is assumed that the Execute button should be clicked after the cash flow has been reflected in the broker's bank statement.
Declinedmeans that the request is rejected by the system administrator. If the request is rejected, the amount of funds specified in the request is automatically created transaction to withdraw the amount from the Blocked status. When setting this status, the reason for rejecting the request must be specified. Parameter Comment must contain the reason of rejection, it is visible for clients.
Cancelled by clientmeans that the request was cancelled by the client
Processingthis status indicates that the client's request is being processed by the payment system (not the broker). A request can be manually moved to this status from the Accepted status.
