Account groups
Account groups
Account groups are designed to make it easier to create new accounts by allowing to pre-set Trading settings and daily Report types for them.
Click + in the settings list to create a new account group.

Set the Name for the new account group, select the settings that should be used in this particular set and select the Trade mode. All the information about particular settings you can find in the correspnding articles of the Help section.
In the Name for clients field, you can specify the name of the instrument group that will be displayed to the client when they create a new account.
Switch on the Skip order margin check option if needed. If this setting is enabled, the system does not perform margin checks when placing orders.
External ID

The External ID field can optionally specify the external account ID in the liquidity provider's side.
The Add button allows to add multiple External IDs and specify the Target account IDs for the corresponding liquidity providers.
Please note! External ID settings specified in an account group override similar settings for the accounts within it. TheDo not override external IDandDo not override external IDscheckboxes allow to disable these overrides. Editing these fields in Account Settings becomes unavailable. If a group in which external IDs are set is applied to an account, then when the group is changed, they will be overwritten. If external IDs are not set in the new group (empty), then they will also be deleted from the account.
Accounts in groups
The block is designed to manage the list of accounts to which the group settings are applied.

To apply group settings to an account, click the Add account button and select one or more accounts in the selector.
Click on the Trash bin icon to delete an account from the account group.
Click Create (for the new setting) or Save (for the existiong one) button to apply and save changes.
To change an existing setting, click the Edit button.
In edit mode, the setting can be deleted by clicking the Delete button.
The Duplicate button allows to create a duplicate of an account group, which, when saved, will function as a separate account group.
