Chats

On the Chats screen, you can see all created chats, including those created on existing trade orders.

The screen is also searchable by message.

To create a new chat with the broker's support team, you need to click Start a new chat.

Please note! Chats on trade orders are formed directly from order cards. You can go to the order from the chat to view its details by clicking on it:
