Chats

On the Chats screen, you can see all created chats with the broker, including those created for existing trading requests.

You can search messages at the top of the screen.

To create a new chat with the broker's support team, tap the Start new chat button and select a question category from the list:

Messages from chats can be copied to the clipboard by tapping on them. If the message contains a link, it will open in the browser.

Order Chats

On the Events screen, you can create a chat for a trading order by opening it and tapping the icon in the upper right corner:

Go to the order from the chat to view it You can tap on it for more details:
