Withdrawal

At the top of the screen there is a currency selector that allows you to choose the withdrawal currency.

To create a withdrawal request, the Payment method must be set and the withdrawal details must be specified for it.

When selecting a payment method from the Favorites block, the details for it will be filled in automatically, for withdrawal it will be enough to specify the amount of currency.

The bottom of the screen displays the latest withdrawal request and deposit/withdrawal history, which can be opened by clicking the Show all history button.

The Request history section displays all deposit and withdrawal requests:

Clicking on any of the requests will show you its details.

Requests that have not yet been processed by the broker can be cancelled by clicking the Cancel request button:

Creating a payment method

When creating a new payment method, the fields on the withdrawal screen should be filled in:

The fields to fill out differ for different banking systems.

For SWIFT:

Beneficiary details block:

• Beneficiary name
• Beneficiary address (optional)
• IBAN
• Account number
• BIC/SWIFT
• Bank name
• Bank/branch address (optional)

For SEPA:

Block Beneficiary details:

• Beneficiary name
• Bank name
• BIC/SWIFT
• Account number
• IBAN code

Additional fields and options:

Intermediary bank block:

The optional field Comment (purpose) is intended to indicate additional details about the payment purpose.

The Save to favorites field allows you to save the payment method to your favorites under the specified name.

The Withdrawal amount field is used to enter the amount of funds to be withdrawn. When you click the Max button, the maximum amount of funds available for withdrawal will be entered into the field.

After filling in the details, you must click the Check and confirm button to open the payment confirmation window.
