User settings
User settings
In this section you can make the necessary settings for convenient work with the platform.
Easy settings
The main settings are presented here.
In the header of this section you can choose the localisation language of the platform and its colour scheme. There is also a switch between easy and advanced user settings.

Margin

Use MT5 margin style enables the margin display view as in the MT5 system.
Balance

Balance is used to display the balance and main trading indicators in the trading terminal header.

Data update frequency
To optimise system performance, you can configure how often incoming data (price subscriptions/quotes) is updated. Each indicator can be configured separately. The refresh rate affects browser performance. If the refresh rate value is low, the browser may take a long time to respond to commands.

Advanced settings
The section includes all the easy settings and range of tools for fine tuning.
Profile
Profile details
This section displays your profile information, such as:
- Profile image. The Upload button allows you to add a profile image.
- First name
- Last name
- Phone number

The block below displays your profile form in its current form.
Your current profile status is displayed next to your name.
Upon completing the KYC procedure, the profile form data will be filled in and available for viewing. It can be downloaded by clicking the Save as XLSX button.
Security
2-factor authentification
Here you can enable and set up two-factor authentication for your account by selecting the appropriate method for it - Email, TOTP apps (one-time password generation apps), WhatsApp or SMS.

Enabling authentication with TOTP apps (one-time password generation applications) takes three steps:
- Installing one of the TOTP apps (recommended ones are presented in the section)
- Scanning the QR code in the downloaded app
- Confirm that the specified authentication method is enabled with a one-time password
In the future, no additional password entry will be required when switching the authentication method from/to TOTP.
Please note: For all types of two-factor authentication, except for one-time password, there is a 30-second wait when requesting a code again.
Logout
Here you can set the time to automatically log out when inactive.

Password
Here you can change your password.
To set a new password, enter the current password in the Current password field. Enter the new password in the New password field and repeat the entry in the Confirm new password field.

Subscriptions speed
Data update frequency
This setting duplicates the Data update frequency from the easy settings.

Onboarding
Here you can switch on or off onboarding, i.e. the product learning process.
Onboarding beacons
When you enable this option, the system will display beacons to help you adapt to the platform faster and easier.
When the Show all option is enabled, onboarding beacons will be displayed in all system sections at once.

If you missed something, press Reset all parts to reset your onboarding progress and start learning again.
Notifications
Here you can set the notifications settings.
The Audio notifications option allows the system to play a sound when notifications are on.
The Notifications position defines in which part of the screen notifications will be displayed: at the Top or at the Bottom.

Client notifications
This subsection allows you to configure the types of critical notifications.
Please note! Audio notification of critical events will be enabled even if the Audio notifications setting is turned off.
You can also enable Permanent sound of critical notifications using the corresponding option.
Please note! This alert will remain active until the user clicks the Bell button or 5 minutes have passed since the alert was triggered.
The list of events for which critical notifications can be configured is provided below in the Table setting list.
Public account
In this subsection, you can open a public account for other users to subscribe to. Detailed information about the section is available in the article Public account.

The Quick Trade option allows you to enable or disable trading using the BUY and SELL buttons in the Watchlist widget.
Enable the Execution warning option to display warnings in the ticket when attempting to set Stop/Limit price above/below the market price.
The Show trading amounts option allows you to enable the display of the volume bar in the watchlist.
Position

The Position closing confirmation option enables position closing confirmation.
SL/TP percentage variation - here you can set the limits of percentage variation, in which SL/TP will be displayed when the market price approaches the order price.
Order

The Order confirmation checkbox enables the display of the order confirmation window for a trade.
Use retail mode for Stop orders - using Retail mode means that the Stop-Loss execution price is tracked on the same side as the execution.
Pricing mode allows you to select the type of prices sent by the provider.

| Pricing mode BEST | is strictly recommended for retail clients trading small volumes. This pricing mode provides the best available Bid and Ask prices in the market at a given time, as it can be provided by your liquidity provider(s). |
| Pricing mode VWAP | strictly recommended for professional clients trading large volumes. The weighted average price of the portfolio at the current moment of time provided by your liquidity provider(s). |
| Pricing mode SWEEP | strictly recommended for professional clients trading large volumes - the currently worst portfolio price is set to guarantee the required volume, as it can be provided by your liquidity provider(s). |
Order settings allows you to configure the type of order execution by entrainment.
Ticket

The Ignore previous order type option - allows to ignore previous saved Order Type and Time In Force values for instruments, categories and assets.
Trading ➝ Trading amounts

In Trading amounts you can customise the volume ruler in a convenient way. You can customise it separately for each instrument category.
Click + to add a new volume to the ruler.
To add volume sets for derivatives, click ADD CUSTOM SET under the category.
Remember to save your changes at the end.
Appearance
Display settings for the trading terminal.

Here you can configure the localisation language of the platform and set basic display settings.

The enabled Coloured quotes option colours the quotes.
Show pricing mode switcher displays the Pricing mode selector at the top of the trading board.
Notify on release allows you to receive notifications about the release of a new version of the trading terminal.
Color theme allows you to select the colour theme of the trading terminal.

Ticket
Here you will find the ticket display settings.

View allows you to select the type of ticket displayed by default - simple or professional.
If the Ticket instrument info option is enabled, a block of instrument info is displayed in the ticket, under the category.
The Day / Day range option shows the daily price range in the ticket.
Chart
Here you will find the settings for displaying the chart.

The View setting allows you to select one of the chart display options:
Simple- quick and convenient chart with basic functionalityAdvanced- a full-fledged chart with all necessary toolkit for work
Market depth
This block contains the display settings for the Market Depth widget:

Market depth column style - determines the display style of the market depth. Details on display are described in the widget article.
Type - linear or logarithmic.
Number of lines - determines the number of rows displayed in the market depth.
Margin
This setting duplicates the Margin of the easy settings.

World time
Here you can configure the time display of different time zones in the lower part of the trading terminal.
The My time option - allows you to display your local time.
Click Add timezone to add time in different time zones.

Account closure
To close an account, you must click the Close account button and confirm the action using a one-time code.
Please note! To close an account, all positions on it must also be closed and the balance must be zero.
