Dealer

This section is designed for handling manual order execution in OTC (over-the-counter) trading. Here, the dealer negotiates the trade's terms with the client.

Active Orders

The Active Orders tab is used for working with orders and provides the following information:

Order IDThe unique identifier of the order in the system (clicking opens order details)
InstrumentThe instrument for which the order was placed
Account IDThe account where the order is placed
StatusThe order status
Execution TypeThe execution type (manual, automatic, any)
SideThe side of the trade
AmountInitial volume of the instrument in the order
FilledVolume of the instrument sent for execution
PriceThe instrument price in the order
CreatedDate and time the order was created
ISINISIN of the instrument (if applicable)
Commentbroker's comment on the order (set in the ticket)

For convenience, orders in this tab can be filtered by Account, Instrument, Status, and Execution type.

Please note! Placing orders with the Manual execution type is only available for accounts where the corresponding source type (Manual) is configured in the Aggregator settings. For such orders, an icon with the letter M will appear to the right of the Order ID column.

The TICKET button opens a side page for creating a ticket and filling in details to initiate a new order:

To create an order, fill in the following fields:

Order type

After selecting an instrument, its ticker, current Bid and Ask prices, quoted currency, and ISIN code (for stocks) will appear in the side page.

When filling out the Amount field, the system calculates the order cost in the Order value field.

For the selected account in the ticket, the side page will also display trading indicators such as:

  • Order's Nominal value
  • Margin impact
  • Margin after trade

Additionally, the following metrics are calculated:

  • Cash available - the current client account balance minus future payments (future inflows are not included in the calculation) and Margin Usage. Order Value - the cost of placing the order.

To place an order, click PLACE BUY/SELL ORDER, and to cancel it, click CANCEL.


Once the order is placed, it will appear in the table with the status Pending new.

For such orders, the following actions are available: Accept - accepts the order and changes its status to New for further processing. Reject order - rejects the order. Chat - initiates a chat with the client regarding the order.

Please note! Orders canceled by the client will be displayed with the status Pending cancellation. For such orders, the Reject cancel button is available, which changes the order status to New, and the Accept cancel button, which cancels the order.

Once the order is accepted, the following actions become available:

Route - forwards the order for execution on another provider account (or in the external system). Attach trade - allows attaching an existing trade in the system to the order. Fill - opens a side panel for filling in the order details by the counterparty:

Fields to be filled:

Note! For FOP trades, you must also specify Currency account ID and FOP value date.

After clicking Fill, the order will change its status to New and move to the Orders subsection.

Orders

This tab displays all orders, including rejected ones. The table contains fields and filters similar to those in the History ➝ Orders section:

Clicking on the Order ID provides detailed information about the order and its execution stages.

You can also Cancel Order in the order row if it has not yet been executed.
