Dashboard

Dashboard

The Dashboard is a centralized analytics tool providing an overview of key performance indicators (KPI) in real time. The main panel consists of six interactive cards.

KPI Cards

Six cards with key metrics are located below the filters. The cards can be dragged to reorder them.

Each card displays two dynamic arrows - the change compared to the previous period (not displayed in Today mode) and the change over the last 24 hours. The color of the arrows depends on the threshold settings configured in the cards.

The Export KPI Summary button allows you to export a summary of all KPIs to PDF or XLS.

Total Client Assets

The card displays the sum of the Total Assets metric across all client Accounts (status Active, type Personal, account relation - Client or Managed).

The main value reflects the total assets across selected accounts in the selected currency. The lower value shows the change in the metric over the last 24 hours.

Clicking the card opens a side page with the asset structure.

Broker Net Profit

Please note! To correctly record transactions and calculate indicators on B-book accounts, the Report as B-book checkbox must be checked in the account settings.

The card displays the sum of all broker revenues and expenses for the selected period. When the global Proprietary Trading included filter is enabled, profit from proprietary trading (accounts with the Personal type, for which the broker profile is specified as the provider and client and the Report as B-book checkbox is disabled) is included in the calculation.

The main value reflects the broker's net profit in the selected currency: Broker Net Profit = A-Book Operations Revenue + B-Book Operations Revenue + SWAP Revenue (net) + Non-Trading Revenue + Proprietary Trading

A-Book Operations Revenue - income from operations on A-Book accounts; B-Book Operations Revenue - income from operations on B-Book accounts. These are accounts linked to Internal and Provider accounts if the Report as B-Book checkbox is enabled in their settings; SWAP Revenue (net) - net swap income; Non-Trading Revenue - income from non-trading operations; Proprietary Trading - income from the broker's proprietary trading (for Internal accounts whose settings do not include the Report as B-Book checkbox);

The lower value shows the change in the metric over the last 24 hours.

The mode can be switched in the upper right corner:

  • Net - full net profit (revenues minus expenses).
  • Gross - revenue portions only (excluding liquidity provider commissions, swaps, and expenses).
  • Adjusted Net - net profit excluding proprietary trading.
  • Proprietary P/L - proprietary trading profit only.

dashboard_broker_net_profit.png

Clicking the card opens a side page with a profit breakdown.

The profit structure is divided into blocks: A-Book Operations Revenue - revenue from A-Book account operations. Calculated as Commission received from clients (incl. external) - Commission paid to LP (incl. external) + Broker markup / spread), where:

  • Commission paid to LP (incl. external) - commissions paid to the liquidity provider;
  • Commission received from clients (incl. external) - commissions paid by clients to the broker;
  • Broker markup / spread - total broker revenue from price markups/spreads.
Commissions, price markups, and spreads are configured in account Tariffs.

B-Book Operations Revenue - revenue from B-Book account operations:

  • Trade P&L (B-book) - total client profit and loss from trading on B-Book accounts;
  • Commission received from clients (B-book) - commissions paid by clients to the broker.
Swaps are configured in the Swap Rates section, and markups on them are configured in the Tariffs section.

SWAP Revenue (net) - net swap revenue (charged from clients minus paid to the liquidity provider):

  • Long Positions Swap charged from clients - amount charged from clients for swaps on long positions;
  • Long Positions Swap paid to LP - amount paid to the liquidity provider for swaps on long positions;
  • Short Positions Swap charged from clients - amount charged from clients for swaps on short positions;
  • Short Positions Swap paid to LP - amount paid to the liquidity provider for swaps on short positions;

Non-Trading Revenue - total revenue from non-trading operations:

  • Custody fee (net) - revenue from custody fees;
  • Commissions and Adjustments via Cash In/Out and Transfers (net) - revenue from Deposit and Withdrawal transactions with subtypes Adjustment and Commission.
  • Funding fee+Copytrading fee - revenue from funding rate accruals and copy trading commission operations.
Custody fees are configured in the corresponding Tariffs settings section. Funding fee can be configured in the Funding Rates section, and Copytrading fee accrual conditions are set in the Public Accounts settings.

Total Expenses - total expenses (available in Net mode only).

Trade Turnover

Please note! To correctly record turnover on B-book accounts, the Report as B-book checkbox must be checked in the account settings.

Displays the total volume of client trades for the period.

The main value reflects the total client trading turnover in the selected currency. The lower value shows the change in the metric over the last 24 hours. The Top Instruments metric displays the 5 most active instruments by trading volume.

dashboard_trade_turnover.png

The mode can be switched in the upper right corner:

  • All - total turnover across all trades;
  • A-Book - turnover from trades on A-Book accounts;
  • B-Book - turnover from trades on B-Book accounts.

The metric is calculated as: Trade Turnover = Sum (Notional Value) of all client trades (buy + sell), where:

  • Only trades with enabled Sources (e.g., GUI, Mobile) and Types (e.g., Direct, Settlement) are included;
  • For A-Book - volume sent for execution to the provider (parent trades are not included in client turnover);
  • For B-Book - internal volume (broker's risk).

The Reference Data block is informational and displays data that is not part of the 100% client turnover:

  • Hedge Turnover - turnover from parent trades executed in hedging mode;
  • Internal Turnover - turnover from the broker's proprietary trades.

New Money Inflow

Shows the movement of funds in accounts. Not affected by trade type filters (Trade Source/Type).

dashboard_new_money_inflow.png

The mode can be switched in the upper right corner:

  • Net - the difference between deposits and withdrawals.
  • Deposits - incoming funds (deposits) only.
  • Withdrawals - outgoing funds (withdrawals) only.

The Breakdown by currency block displays inflow and outflow by currency (converted to the selected currency).

The Largest movements block displays the Top-5 largest deposits and withdrawals (with the client profile (Client ID), date, and amount).

The Summary calculation block displays the totals:

  • Total Deposits - total deposit amount;
  • Total Withdrawals - total withdrawal amount;
  • Net Result - the difference between deposits and withdrawals.

Client Efficiency

The card displays information about the average profitability of active clients.

dashboard_client_efficiency.png

The Client efficiency metric shows the average profit brought by one active client. Calculated as: Sum of client Net Profit / Number of active clients + number of active accounts/profiles.

The following values are displayed below the cumulative metrics:

  • Active accounts - number of active accounts;
  • Unique clients - number of active profiles;
  • Total Client Contribution - total client contribution (equals the Net broker profit metric).
Please note! To correctly record Total Client Contribution, the Report as B-book checkbox must be checked in the account settings on B-book accounts.

The display mode can be switched in the upper right corner:

  • Per Account - calculated per active account.
  • Per Trader - calculated per unique client (personal profile).

The Activity block displays a breakdown of active clients by activity type:

  • Direct Trades - number of trades executed.
  • Money Movement - number of deposits/withdrawals.
  • Rollover - number of positions that were swapped.
  • Logins only - number of system logins.
  • Combined - accounts that showed activity according to multiple criteria.

The Net change block displays client retention dynamics, representing the difference between the following metrics:

  • New Active - the client is active in the current period but showed no activity in the previous one.
  • Lost Active - the client was active in the previous period but not in the current one.

The Top-10 client contribution block consists of two lists:

  • Most profitable - the 10 most profitable clients for the period.
  • Most unprofitable - the 10 least profitable clients for the period.

Clients at Risk

Displays the number of accounts in the risk zone.

dashboard_risk_level.png

The Risk level metric reflects the number of unique profiles/accounts that met the risk criteria at least once during the period.

The risk display mode can be switched in the upper right corner by risk type:

  • All - all risk types;
  • Margin - unique accounts/profiles whose current margin usage level exceeds the Margin Level threshold set in the settings;
  • Balance - unique clients who have a negative balance (the account's Current balance metric) in at least one currency;
  • Drawdown - number of unique clients whose maximum relative drawdown of Adjusted Total Assets for the selected period exceeded the threshold set in the settings. Calculated as: Drawdown = (Previous Adjusted Total Assets - Current Adjusted Total Assets) / Previous Adjusted Total Assets, where Previous Adjusted Total Assets is the value of the metric at the beginning of the period.
Adjusted Total Assets represents the account's Total Assets metric at the end of the period, excluding Deposit/Withdrawal transactions without subtypes and asset transfers (transactions based on Transfer type trades) during the period.

The Risk table displays the metrics specified in the display types. For each metric the following is shown:

  • Risk type;
  • Count of accounts matching the specific risk criterion;
  • % of total - percentage of all accounts matching the risk criteria;
  • DYN - displays the change in risk level relative to the previous period.

The Net change (Risk Flow) block reflects risk dynamics:

  • New at Risk - accounts that entered the risk zone;
  • Resolved - accounts that exited the risk zone.

The Top-10 clients at risk block lists the accounts with the highest risk. Displays the account ID, risk type, risk level, and Exposure amount (in the selected currency).

Exposure is calculated as follows, if the Drawdown metric exceeds the value set in the settings: Exposure = current Drawdown value x Volatility Risk Factor set in the settings.

Global Filters

The control panel at the top of the dashboard allows instant recalculation of data across all cards.

Period - select the time range for data display. Currency - switch for displaying monetary values in the metrics. Changing the currency converts all metrics. Account Groups - the selector allows filtering data by account groups. Accounts - the selector allows filtering data by specific accounts. The Trade Source Groups and Trade Type Groups filters allow including only specific sources (e.g., GUI, API) and trade types in the calculation. Proprietary Trading included - the checkbox includes or excludes profit from the broker's proprietary trading (accounts of type Personal where the broker's profile is specified as both provider and client) from the overall calculations.

Settings

The display order of KPI cards in the section can be changed by holding the six-dot button and dragging the card to the desired position.

Individual card settings are available by clicking the gear icon button.

Color indication thresholds (in percentages) are available for metrics in each card: a green arrow indicates metric growth and a red arrow indicates a decline.

The display of any card on the dashboard can be enabled by activating the Show on Dashboard checkbox.

dashboard_kpi_settings.png

Trade Turnover Card

In addition to threshold settings, the metric settings include a View Top-5 Instruments checkbox, which when enabled displays the top 5 instruments by trading volume for the period.

dashboard_kpi_settings_turnover.png

Risk Level Card

The risk level card settings include options that control a number of metrics described below. All configurable risk factors and the resulting Exposure calculation are applied exclusively to client accounts.

dashboard_kpi_settings_risk_1.png

Margin Level - a numeric field (in %). The threshold below which an account is considered to have margin risk (default - 80%; setting the threshold below this value is not possible).

Margin Risk Factor - risk coefficients for margin usage ranges. Up to three ranges can be configured (e.g.: <100% - risk 0, 100–150% - risk 1, >150% - risk 1.5).

Penalty Risk Factor - penalty coefficient for negative balance risk. Numeric field (0.5–2.0). Can be applied to specific account groups by selecting them in the selector.

dashboard_kpi_settings_risk_2.png

Volatility Risk Factor - a list of instrument categories with the ability to set a numeric risk value for each. A value can be set for multiple categories at once by selecting them using the checkboxes, clicking the Add value button, and entering the value. Drawdown Threshold - the drawdown threshold value (in %) above which the drawdown begins to affect the overall Exposure metric.

Broker Report

The Dashboard tab provides the ability to generate a broker report. To do so, click the Generate report button.

reports_eod.png

The broker report is a set of consolidated information about the broker's trading metrics. The report includes detailed information on trades, accounts, and instruments.

This report is equivalent to the EOD Broker Report in the Reports section. Detailed information about the report can be found in the EOD Broker Report article.
