User page

In the user card information about the user is displayed:

Name	Description
First and last name	user's first and last name
Status	User Status
User ID	user’s number
Email	user's email address
Phone	user's cell phone number
Locale	user localization (what language the user speaks)
2-factor authentication	two-factor authentication parameters
Created	date and time when the user was created

All user data can be changed by clicking the button.

Click Edit to make changes in the user card. Here you can also connect Telegram bots and reset your password.

To change the two-factor authentication method or disable it, select the desired option.

The following two-factor authentication methods are available:

Name	Description
Off	two-factor authentication is disabled. The user will only need a username and password to log in.
Email	Two-factor authentication is enabled. User will need a username, password, and the code from the email sent to the user's email address to log in.
OTP	two-factor authentication is enabled. To log in, the user will need a username, password and code from the application with temporary access codes.
WhatsApp	two-factor authentication is enabled. To log in, the user will need login, password and code from the WhatsApp.

To delete a user, just click the button and confirm the deletion in the window by clicking the "OK" button.

Members

The user page provides information about the user's affiliation to certain accounts and profiles.

In this field, you can see information about which account and profile the user is linked to (from which account the user can trade).

The following information is available in the Members section:

Profile name	profile name
Role name	role name
Account links	account links
Display name	display name
Access set	access type

To add a user to a specific account and profile, click the button.

Then you have to choose a profile and a role to link the user with.

The types of roles and access rights available are as follows:

Read only	view only
Full access Verify	full access verified
Multiaccount trader	trader with several accounts
Email/telegram notifications	sending notifications to email or telegram

You can remove or change the account and profile linkage, as well as access rights, by clicking button or button in the "Actions" section.

Phone verification

In this subsection the code for user verification via phone call is configured.

To check the validity of the code provided by the user, enter it in the Verification code field and click CHECK.

To set a new code - click Set new verification code.
