User

The page header displays the User's first and last name and his Status.

In the user card information about the user is displayed:

NameDescription
User IDThe identifier of the user in the platform.
EmailUser's email address.
PhoneUser's cell phone number.
LocaleUser's localization (language).
2-factor authenticationTwo-factor authentication method.
CreatedDate and time when the user was created

Click Edit (pencil button) to make changes to your user card. Here you can also connect Telegram bots and Reset password.

The following two-factor authentication methods are available:

NameDescription
Offtwo-factor authentication is disabled. The user will only need a username and password to log in.
EmailTwo-factor authentication is enabled. User will need a username, password, and the code from the email sent to the user's email address to log in.
OTPtwo-factor authentication is enabled. To log in, the user will need a username, password and code from the application with temporary access codes. The user can only enable this option only by himself.
WhatsApptwo-factor authentication is enabled. To log in, the user will need login, password and code from the WhatsApp.
Note! When using the WhatsApp two-factor authentication method, it is possible to configure sending SMS messages when the user does not have the WhatsApp application. For this setting, please contact the platform administrators.
Also note! For all types of two-factor authentication, except for one-time password, there is a 30-second wait when requesting a code again.

To delete a user, click the Remove user button and confirm the removal in the window by clicking on the OK button:

Members

The user page provides information about the user's affiliation to certain accounts and profiles.

In this field, you can see information about which account and profile the user is linked to (from which account the user can trade).

The following information is available in the Members section:

NameDescription
Member IDMembership number (identifier of the user-profile mapping).
Profile nameThe name of the profile to which the user is linked.
Role nameName of the role assigned to user.
Account LinksLinks to accounts available to the user.
Displayed nameDisplayed name of the account member.
Access SetThe access set available to the user.

To add a user affiliation to a specific account and profile, simply click on the Add membership to profile button.

You must then select a profile and role to bind the user. Roles and access sets are described in the corresponding article.

You can delete account and profile bindings and access rights by clicking the trash can button in the Actions column.

You can change the account and profile attachment and access rights by clicking on the pencil button in the Actions column.

Phone verification

In this subsection the code for user verification via phone call is configured.

To check the validity of the code provided by the user, enter it in the Verification code field and click CHECK.

To set a new code - click Set new verification code.
