User creation

To create a user, click the Create user button.

A form to add a new user will open:

Fill in the user information:

NameDescription
First nameuser's first name
Last namelast name of the user
Emailthe field is required, as an email with platform credentials will be sent to the user's email address
Phonethe user's cell phone number

After filling the form, click the CREATE button.

After clicking the button, the user will be created. To find the newly created user, select the user status filter "Not initialized" and select the desired user by clicking the user's ID.

Clicking on the user ID will open the user card, where you can view information about the user, as well as change his parameters.

First of all, after creating a user, you must change its status from "Not initialized" to "Active". To do this, click the Activate user button.

After clicking the Activate user button, the user's status will change to "Active" and the login information for the platform will be sent to the user's email address.

A user can have one of 3 statuses:

NameDescription
Not initializedis assigned after creation, which means that the user is not activated. Credentials for logging in to the platform have not been sent yet.
Activeuser is activated. Credentials for logging in to the platform have been sent.
Deleteduser is deleted.
