Daily operations
Daily operations
Summary
This section contains all the actions that need to be taken according to the settings you have previously set up in order to successfully close the day.
We strongly recommend closing the days on time, otherwise we do not guarantee correct operation of the system.
To easily switch between days in the calendar, you can use the hot keys Shift + ➝ and Shift + ⭠.
The section allows filtering of accounts for further operations:
All
- selection of all accounts;Client
- selection of only client accounts;Provider
- selection of only provider accounts;Internal
- selection of only internal accounts;Account group
- selection of one or several account groups;Account
- selection of one or more accounts.
Please note! When switching from the Daily operations
section to any other section, the account filtering settings are saved.
Status
The tab displays all daily operations within the broker that require manual processing.
To process any type of operation, click the red button with a triangle icon next to it. Once the operation is successfully processed, the red button will be replaced with a green checkmark icon.
Please note! Netting operations that are ready to be executed and marked with a yellow icon are optional.
Also, when performing any of the operations, a notification appears about its success or error. If errors occur related to a managed broker profile (for example, a white label), the notification indicates the ID and profile of such broker.
To navigate to the section with the required operation type and view details by instruments/accounts, simply click on the operation name.
Clicking on the Open Accounts
or Closed Accounts
fields will open a side page where you can select the relevant accounts to display information for in the section.
The Close day button is used to close the day on the accounts selected using filters. The counter of open accounts in the broker is displayed next to the button. The Reopen day button opens closed days on the accounts selected using the filter. The counter of closed accounts in the broker is displayed next to the button.
The button Close day finally is intended for closing a day in the broker's profile. It is displayed only if all necessary daily operations have been performed beforehand and days for all accounts have been closed.
The Reopen button opens an already closed day in the broker.
The Reopen day finally button allows you to reopen several days in the broker profile, starting from the currently selected date and ending with the last closed one.
Please note! If you reopen the day for at least one of the accounts, the day in the broker will also be reopened.
Under management accounts
can either be accounts opened at the broker that are opened at other organisations that use the platform; or it can be the primary broker's account at the white label. If the white label has already closed the day, the broker can not change the account; you have to ask the white label to open the day first. {.is-info}
EOD rates
The section shows the closing rates of the day by instruments. EOD rates
are loaded automatically from the source linked to the platform. If necessary, you can connect other sources. Rates are loaded into the system at 00 o'clock according to the broker's time zone.
The rates are automatically recorded at the end of the trading day. If necessary, you can modify the rate for an instrument by entering the desired value in its row and clicking the Save button.
Please note! The section also includes instruments involved in margin calculations (for example, if an end-of-day rate is available for an option, the underlying instrument for that option will also be displayed).
A filter by Instrument
is available in the tab.
Clicking Fill EOD Rates opens a sidepage where you can fill in the EOD rates by selecting Date
in which the system will search for the rate and specify in the History EOD Account
field the account from which the system will fill in the rates.
If the Last price
checkbox is enabled, the system will use the last price found in the system if there is no closing rate of the day on the external account.
If the Strict date
checkbox is enabled - the system will search for prices strictly on the day on which they are requested.
The logic of automatic filling of EOD courses is described in more detail in the article EOD Rates settings .
EOD time zone
EOD time zone
set in the broker settings - according to this time zone, daily transactions are performed and the day is closed.
If the EOD time zone is not set, then Daily Operations are performed in accordance with the Broker's time zone.

Unprocessed trades
trades can appear here in case of some possible errors in the system, code, crashes or system bugs. Please note! If you find trades in this section - contact the platform support as soon as possible.
Example: Trades that were processed by trading engine, but platform did not. The Trading engine is the part of the software that records all open orders in the market and generates new trades if two orders can be executed by each other. If the trades are here - there is nothing the broker himself can do, the system will not allow him to close the day. You must either pass them through the Failed executions section (only system admin can do this), or delete them, in order to process them. In case the parent broker manually enters any transactions or transactions on the client's account into the system.
Expired positions
relate to instruments that have reached their expiry date. They require closing at the actual close as made by the liquidity provider. Information about expired positions is available in the corresponding article.
