Email log

In the Email log tab, you can see information about the emails that were sent to the account owner's Email:

The fields in this table are similar to those of the Email log tab in Access → Accounts → Account section.

The following characteristics of e-mails are available in the table:

NameDescription
Log IDNotification log ID.
Notification TypeNotification type (e.g. daily report or client deposit).
Notification IDNotification identifier.
Event nameThe name of the event that caused the notification to be sent.
Event IDEvent identifier.
Emailemail to which the message is sent
User IDUser's identifier ID.
Member IDMember ID of the user's membership in the profile.
Client profile IDProfile identifier.
Account IDAccount identifier.
CreatedDate and time when the log was created.
DateReport date (applies to client Daily reports).

The Show button in the rightmost column of the table allows you to view the email sent to the account owner and download the files attached to it.

The table provides filters by Account, Notification Type, user Email, Event ID, Notification ID and Date.


Table columns can be customized and dragged to suit the user's needs. To do this, just hold down the cursor on the column and drag it to the desired location in the table.

The button allows you to adjust the visibility of the filter fields and the order in which they are displayed.

The Filter button allows you to customize the data displayed in the table.

Most of the columns in the table can be ordered in ascending or descending order. To do this, click the eod5.png button.

The eod6.png button is used to select the visibility of the table fields.

allows you to return all columns to their default values.

For your convenience in using this tab, you can duplicate the table with the saved filters by clicking the Duplicate button.

Table data can be exported to Excel by clicking the Save as XLS button.
