Payment settings

This section is intended for working with payment settings.

Confirmation payment details

The client can add, edit and delete payment details himself.

The option Confirm creation/update of payment methods with 2FA allows you to enable confirmation of creation/update of payment methods with 2FA code.

The option Confirm deposit/withdrawal requests with 2FA enables the confirmation of deposit and withdrawal requests using a 2FA code.

If the Auto accept payment methods option of this subsection is enabled, verification of payment methods created by the client is performed automatically.

When the setting Allow accepted methods only is enabled, the broker can create deposit and withdrawal requests only with the client's and broker's payment methods specified. If you disable the setting, filling in these fields will not be necessary.

Payment providers

The platform allows to automate the work on debiting and crediting of funds to users trading accounts using external payment services. The list of these services can be extended at the client's request. In the Brokers section there is a setting to enable support for working with different Payment providers. To do this, in the Payment settings ➝ Payment providers subsection, use the Add function and select from the list the payment system with which interaction is expected.

The ☑Allow client configuration option should be enabled when it is assumed that the payment system does not have a centralised account for making payments and each client has its own account with which the Unity platform will work.

Payment strategies

To add a new payment strategy - click Add strategy.

Payment Strategy is used to configure parameters that allow users to generate Withdrawal or Deposit requests.

Currency Only one currency can be assigned for any payment strategy, which the user will use to deposit/withdraw funds.

Payment system specifies through which payment systems the input/withdrawal of the currency for which the strategy is being created can be made.

You can also set the Real Account ID here, which is an account that shows the balance of the payment system.

Payment strategies assume the existence of Payment account ID - payment service provider. This field is used to configure the account where integration with this provider is configured. Specifying the account in this field will allow to automate the processes of crediting and debiting of funds using this Payment strategy.

The Commission field accumulates commissions (only for Withdrawal request), if any. The account where the commissions will be accumulated is specified in the Comission acc ID. The commission for one Asset is fixed.

Note! In some cases, in addition to the fixed commission, a dynamic commission is added, which depends on the payment system .

Commission TTL - maximum period of validity of the received dynamic commission value, after which the user will not be able to complete the Withdrawal request. The user will need to generate a new request to get a new Amount value of the dynamic commission.
