Reasons

In this section, you can configure comments explaining the reasons for transactions.

These reasons will be available for selection in a separate comment field when processing Transactions.

Please note! If a reason from the list is selected during the transaction, it will overwrite any manually entered comment in the corresponding field.

The section filter allows you to select the transaction type for which possible reasons will be displayed in the Transactions section. When selecting any transaction type in the filter, you can Add Reason. Clicking this button will open a side page where you need to specify the reason name:

Clicking the Add button will save the reason and add it to the section’s table.

To remove a reason from the list, simply click the trash can icon.
