Please note! Moving an additional verification level to Inactive flows does not delete applications already created for it. They remain available for viewing and review in the Inactive flows tab.

Applications for additional and inactive verification levels are reviewed in the same way as basic verification applications. Statuses in such applications apply to the corresponding verification level.

The following columns are available for each record in the table:

NameDescription
IDApplicant ID in the system.
ProfileProfile ID and name in the system.
StepQuestionnaire step the profile is currently on. A dash is displayed for unverified and manually verified profiles.
StatusCurrent verification status.
Expiration timeQuestionnaire or step expiration time, if specified.
CreatedDate and time the application was created.
UpdatedDate and time the application was updated.

Filtering of records by profiles and statuses is available in the table.

Please note! When navigating to other sections of the system, the filter configuration is preserved.

The button with three vertical bars allows you to configure the visibility of table fields. The button with a back arrow allows you to restore the default visibility settings.

Applicant card

Clicking ID opens the applicant card. The card allows the reviewer to check the data submitted by the user as part of the selected verification procedure and change the statuses of its steps.

For applications from Additional verification flows and Inactive flows, the card displays the data and steps of the corresponding additional verification level. The review is performed in the same way as for the basic KYC procedure.

The current verification status is displayed in the upper-right corner. The Change status button is also available there and allows the reviewer to manually change the status of the questionnaire or verification procedure.

Questionnaire statuses are assigned manually by reviewers:

NameDescription
UndefinedThis status can be assigned to a questionnaire after it has been rejected, before further statuses are determined.
Profile verification is requiredThe initial status assigned to a questionnaire received by the broker. The status can be changed to Profile is verified or Profile verification is rejected.
Re-verification is requiredThis status is assigned if the questionnaire was previously assigned the Profile verification is required status, but the verification procedure must be completed and confirmed again.
Profile verification is rejectedThe applicant's questionnaire is rejected. The user sees the status but cannot make changes to the questionnaire.
Profile under reviewThis status is assigned to a questionnaire after the first click on Mark wrong in one of the questionnaire fields, selecting the Data is correct checkbox, or manually changing the questionnaire status in the applicant card.
Profile under re-reviewThis status is assigned to a questionnaire after a second indication that corrections are required.
Profile verification is expiredSet automatically when the questionnaire expires.
Profile is verifiedThe questionnaire review is successfully completed. For the basic KYC procedure, the profile becomes verified. For an additional procedure, the corresponding verification level is completed.
An update is requiredThe reviewer assigns this status if the user needs to provide clarifications or corrections to the questionnaire at one of the steps.

When a questionnaire is moved to one of the following statuses, the client receives a corresponding email notification:

  • Submitted
  • On hold
  • Rejected
  • Level verified
  • Level expired
  • Additional info required

The status can be changed for steps of any type. However, manually changing a status in the platform does not change it in a third-party verification service. When the status of a step with an attached document is changed manually, the document is not deleted.

Please note! When changing the status to Profile is verified, the reviewer can also set an expiration period for the verified step in the Expires on field - 1, 2, or 3 years, or specify a custom period. After this period expires, the client must complete the verification level of the step again. The verification period can also be left unspecified by selecting Without verification period.

The Mark wrong field allows the reviewer to enter a comment that the applicant will see if the questionnaire is returned after review.

The Data is correct checkbox allows the reviewer to indicate that the data in the field requires correction. After the checkbox is selected or cleared, the questionnaire is moved to the Review status.
