Applicants

The subsection is intended for viewing and managing applications for basic and additional verification procedures.

Detailed information about the functionality of the subsection can be found in the article Applicants.

The table displays the number of profile group assignment rules (Rules) and active steps (Steps in flow) for each profile type.

Click the pencil icon to open the sidepage for configuring the selected procedure.

Group assignment rules

The Group assignment rules tab allows you to configure profile group assignment depending on the values specified by the client in questionnaires.

The Add rule button allows you to create a rule that specifies:

  • a previously created questionnaire field;
  • a condition: Is / Is not;
  • a field value;
  • the profile group assigned when the condition is met.
Conditions work as follows:
Is: During verification, the field value is checked against the options provided for selection in the selector. If the option selected by the user matches one of the values specified in the selector, the specified profile group is assigned to the profile. Is not: The profile group is assigned to the user's profile if the option selected by the user does not match any of the values specified in the selector.

Rules are checked from top to bottom. If the condition of the first matching rule is met, the group specified in it is assigned to the profile and the following rules are not checked.

The order of the rules determines their priority. To change the priority, move the rule by holding down the left mouse button on the six points next to it.

Steps in flow

The Steps in flow tab is used to configure the sequence of basic verification steps.

kyc_settings_steps_flow.png

Each created step gets into the list of Available steps. In order for a step to be used during the basic verification procedure, it must be moved to the Active steps list.

The + button allows you to add a step to the active steps list. The - button allows you to remove a step from the active steps list.

The order of active steps determines the sequence in which they are completed. Steps can be moved by holding down the left mouse button on the six points next to the field.

Important: In order for the basic KYC procedure to be active for the corresponding profile type, at least one active step must be added to Steps in flow.

Click Save to apply the changes.

The following block allows you to select the profiles that will be displayed in the administrative and client terminal profile settings, as well as when registering new users:

The table displays:

The pencil icon allows you to open the level settings.

Additional level settings

The settings are configured in the same way as for the basic level.

When creating or editing an additional verification level, you can specify the following parameters:

NameDescription
Flow nameLocalized name of the level displayed to the client.
DescriptionOptional localized description displayed to the client.
Push to verifyIf the setting is enabled and the level is available to the profile but has not yet been completed, the user is prompted to complete verification when logging in to the client interface or refreshing the page.
Available for profile groupsProfile groups for which the level is available. If no groups are specified, the level is available to all profiles.
Assign profile group on verificationProfile group assigned after successful completion of the level if none of the profile group assignment rules are triggered.

The Group assignment rules tab allows you to configure profile group assignment rules based on questionnaire field values. The logic and order of checking the rules are the same as for basic verification: the rules are checked from top to bottom until the first matching condition is met.

The Steps in flow tab is used to configure the set and order of the additional level steps. Steps are moved from the available list to the active list and sorted in the same way as basic verification steps.

If several incomplete levels with the Push to verify setting enabled are available to the client at the same time, the level with the higher priority is offered first.

Please note! If the client has not yet completed onboarding, the onboarding prompt has a higher priority than Push to verify.
An active additional level can be moved to Inactive flows by clicking the crossed-out eye icon.

Inactive flows

The Inactive flows block displays additional verification levels that have been moved to inactive.

An inactive level can be edited, returned to the list of active levels, or deleted.

To return the level to the Additional verification flows block and make it active, click the double-check icon.

An inactive level is not offered to clients for completion. If the client has already successfully completed such a level, information about the completed verification remains displayed in the client interface. Incomplete inactive levels are not displayed to the client.

Please note! Deleted verification levels are not displayed in either the client or admin interfaces.
