Subscription mechanism
For each new subscription, the system performs the following actions:
- Balance check: If the account's
Total assets/Margin balanceis less than the minimum subscription amount, the message 'Not enough money' is displayed. If the account's currency balance is insufficient, subscribing to the public account is impossible. - If the balance is sufficient, the subscription coefficient (k) is calculated, determining the amount by which positions from the public account are copied. The coefficient calculations are recorded in the public account currency:
- For margin accounts: k =
Margin balanceof the subscriber account /Margin balanceof the public account, the resulting value is rounded to 6 decimal places; - For non-margin accounts: k =Total assetsof the subscriber account /Total assetsof the public account, the resulting value is rounded to 6 decimal places.
Example: Margin balance available in the subscriber's account: USD 2,500 Margin balance in the public account: USD 10,000 Minimum deposit to subscribe to a public account: USD 1,000 The calculation is as follows: 2,500 (subscriber's account balance) / USD 10,000 (minimum deposit) = 0.25
Please note! Subscribing from a non-margin account to a margin account is not possible.
The subscription coefficient is recalculated in a number of cases:
- When subscribing to a public account;
- Upon deposits, withdrawals, and transfers to the public account or the subscriber's account;
- When calculating and debiting the subscriber's subscription fee (the coefficient is recalculated after the payment transaction is generated, i.e., after the subscriber's account balance changes);
- When resuming a paused subscription;
- Daily at 10:00 UTC.
Please note!Subscriptions cannot be made from accounts that have open positions or that are already subscribed to other public accounts. Subscription from an account whoseBalanceis less than theMinimum investmentamount specified for the public account is not possible. Subscription is possible for no more than 99% of the amount of funds on the account.
Please note! The subscription will be suspended if your account has insufficient margin or if your positions are closed due to a Stop Out.
Also please note: The system will not allow withdrawal or transfer of funds exceeding the minimum subscription amount + 20%.
