Asset summary report
Asset summary report
The report displays the balance of assets in accounts for a specific date.
Important! To view data in the report table, bothAccountandDatemust be selected in the filters.
Additionally, you can apply filters by Asset and Asset type.
The data in the table is displayed for both positive and negative currency balances.
Report fields:
| Field name | Description |
|---|---|
| Asset / Profile name | The name of the asset and the profiles where the asset is held. |
| Account name | The ID and name of the account holding the asset. |
| Account link | The type of account relation within the system. |
| Account description | Displayed if set in the Account information block of the Account settings section. |
| Current balance | The asset balance as of the selected date in the filter (rows with zero balances are hidden from the table). Displays the Current balance indicator of the Account ➝ Assets ➝ Summary section for an asset. |
The following fields are provided for assets in the table:

| Name | asset name |
| Code | asset code in the system |
| ISIN | asset ISIN (for equities and bonds) |
Table data can be exported to Excel by clicking the Save to XLSX button.
