Consolidated Profile Report

Consolidated Profile Report

The report contains consolidated information for all accounts linked to the selected client profile for the specified period:

  • cash and securities balances;
  • open positions;
  • transactions with financial instruments;
  • cash and cryptocurrency flows.
Note! If a client has several profiles, a separate report file is generated for each profile.

To generate a report, select the client Profile, report Currency, and Report Interval. To download the report, click Generate Report.

Note! The maximum report period is three months.
Important! A report can be generated only if all days within the selected period have been closed in the Daily Operations section.

Report Structure

The report contains three worksheets:

  1. STATEMENT OF PERSONAL ACCOUNT - cash and securities balances on the accounts, as well as open positions.
  2. FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS FLOW STAT - transactions with financial instruments.
  3. CASH FLOW STATEMENT - cash and cryptocurrency flows.

Each worksheet also displays information about the broker and authorized persons.

General Information

The header of each worksheet may display the broker's logo, details, and contact information, as well as information about the authorized person. These details are specified in the broker settings:

  • Broker logo
  • Broker name
  • License number and date
  • Address
  • Phone
  • Email

The footer may contain the following information:

  • Broker name
  • Position of the authorized person
  • Full name of the authorized person

STATEMENT OF PERSONAL ACCOUNT

The worksheet contains consolidated information about the status of all accounts linked to the selected profile.

The following information is displayed at the top of the worksheet:

  • client account number;
  • report date;
  • report type (generation period);
  • start and end dates of the report period;
  • actual date and time when the file was generated;
  • securities holder details from KYC;
  • report currency.

If the required securities holder details are not specified in the profile, dashes are displayed in the corresponding fields.

CASH BALANCES

The table contains client account balances grouped by asset within each account.

Total (in the report currency)Sum of the current and blocked balances converted into the report currency.

The TOTAL rows contain the total balance for each currency across all accounts linked to the profile. The GRAND TOTAL row displays the total cash value in the report currency.

The Total in the report currency value is calculated using the following formula: Total = (Current Balance + Blocked) × Exchange Rate.

Note! Blocked funds are not included in Current Balance, but are included in the calculation of Total.

REGISTER OF SECURITIES

The table contains securities owned by the client (current asset balances), including equities, bonds, depositary receipts, and ETFs. A security is included in the table after the trade value date.

The data is grouped first by instrument and then by the accounts linked to the profile. The TOTAL row displays the total instrument balance across all accounts.

OPEN POSITIONS

The table contains open positions as of the close of the last closed day within the report period. The data is generated from account positions and grouped by instrument category, instrument, and client account.

Market PriceMarket price of the instrument.
Unrealized P/L (in instrument currency)Unrealized profit/loss in the instrument's quote currency.
Unrealized P/L (in the report currency)Unrealized profit/loss in the report currency.
Market ValueMarket value of a long position in equities or bonds in the instrument's quote currency. A dash is displayed for all other positions.
Market Value (in the report currency)Market value of a long position in equities or bonds in the report currency.
Exchange Rate (to the report currency)Exchange rate of the instrument currency to the report currency as of the last closed day within the report period.

The following totals are displayed below the table:

  • TOTAL UNREALIZED P/L (in the report currency) - unrealized profit/loss on derivative instruments (CFDs, FX, futures, options), currency positions, and short positions in securities;
  • TOTAL MARKET VALUE (in the report currency) - market value of long positions in equities and bonds.
Unrealized P/L: Long = (Market Price − Avg Price) × Amount | Short = (Avg Price − Market Price) × |Amount|. TOTAL UNREALIZED P/L (in {reporting currency}) includes CFD, Forex, Futures, Options and SHORT securities positions. LONG Equities and Bonds are excluded (their P/L is already in Market Value) Market Value is shown ONLY for LONG Equities and LONG Bonds. For all others → N/A

FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS FLOW STAT

The worksheet contains transactions with financial instruments that changed the client's positions during the report period. A separate table is generated for each account linked to the profile.

A transaction is included in the report if its trade date falls within the selected period. If the trade was executed earlier and its settlement date falls within the report period, it is not included in the report again.

The report may display direct trades, splits, option exercise, assignment, lapse, or exercise, futures expiration, and bond redemption.

The following values, converted into the report currency at the exchange rates applicable on the corresponding trade dates, are displayed after each account table:

  • Total Period Buy Turnover - turnover from direct buy trades (sum of quote amounts);
  • Total Period Sell Turnover - turnover from direct sell trades (sum of quote amounts);
  • Total Period Fees - total brokerage and external fees.

The GRAND TOTAL (ALL ACCOUNTS) block at the end of the worksheet contains the total buy turnover, sell turnover, and fees for all accounts linked to the profile.

Corporate actions are displayed for reference and are not included in the trading turnover calculation. If the data on this worksheet differs from the data on the CASH FLOW STATEMENT worksheet, the CASH FLOW STATEMENT data takes precedence because it reflects actual cash flows.

CASH FLOW STATEMENT

The worksheet contains information about cash flows for all accounts linked to the profile.

A separate table is generated for each account–currency pair. If there were no transactions in the selected currency for an account, the table is still displayed and contains the opening and closing balances.

The following information is specified for each account table:

  • Bank - name of the accounting system (Unity);
  • Bank Account # - account ID in the platform;
  • Currency - table currency.

Closing balanceClosing currency balance (at the end of the period, after all transactions).

Transaction SubtypeTransaction subtype. A dash is displayed for transactions without a subtype.
In/OutTransaction direction: incoming or outgoing.
AmountTransaction amount in the table currency.
Trade IDID of the related trade. A dash is displayed if the transaction is not related to a trade.
InstrumentRelated instrument. A dash is displayed if there is no related instrument.

A Summary block is displayed below each table:

  • Total Incoming - total incoming amount for the period;
  • Total Outgoing - total outgoing amount for the period;
  • Net Period Change - change in the balance during the period, calculated as the difference between Total Incoming and Total Outgoing.

At the end of the worksheet, the GRAND TOTAL block (in the report currency) contains consolidated values for all accounts and currencies:

The totals are related by the following formula:

Grand Total Closing Balance = Grand Total Opening Balance + Grand Total IncomingGrand Total Outgoing + FX Revaluation.
